Our range of cutting fluids use the latest biostable technology to protect against the proliferation of microbes and, when used as recommended, safely extend the life of the products in the machine sump. They are also formulated to minimise foam, even in soft water and help to provide good working conditions for the machine operators.

|
MAGICUT GP20 is a low oil content, biostable cutting fluid formulated for general purpose use on ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Giving a translucent micro- emulsion, GP20 has exceptional bio-resistance, ensuring long sump life in conventional and CNC machines.

| MAGICUT BMEP |
|
MAGICUT BMEP is a higher oil content, biostable semi-synthetic cutting fluid with added extreme pressure (EP) additives giving a milky emulsion. Formulated for more arduous operations MAGICUT BMEP will give improved finish and longer tool life when machining more difficult materials. It also is an excellent product for aluminium alloys.

MAGICUT SP/U is a medium oil content semi-synthetic formulation giving a semi-translucent emulsion. It also contains a balanced package of extreme pressure (EP) additives to maximise performance on more difficult operations and is particular suited to CNC machines. An excellent all round product as it is ihibited against staining on non-ferrous materials making it compatible with aluminium and other softer alloys.

| MAGICUT BTFC |

MAGICUT BTFC is a biostable formulation with a semi-translucent emulsion. It contains high levels of extreme pressure (EP) additives combined with fatty esters that work synergistically to give good cutting performance and extended tool life in the most arduous cutting conditions. Can be used to replace neat oil if the machine tool allows oil/water emulsions.

| MAGIGRIND |

MAGIGRIND is a biostable synthetic formulation giving a translucent green solution with a high corrosion break point. Selected wetting agents ensure maximum flushing characteristics of the grinding wheel minimising wheel loading and dressing requirement. Very low foam even in the most aggressive applications.

MAGICUT EP BOOSTER is a sumpside additive uniquely formulated to significanly improve the performance of the host product. Formulated to be compatible with most semi-synthetic products MAGICUT EP BOOSTER is an ideal product for use when extra performance is required without the need to completely change the existing product in the machine sump.

| MAGICUT HEAVY DUTY SYSTEM CLEANER |
|
MAGICLEAN HEAVY DUTY SYSTEM CLEANER is formulated to help clean the machine sump and pipework prior to refilling with fresh product. As well as very effective anti-bacterial and antI-fungal agents it also contains free emulsifier capacity to emulsify tramp oil during the cleaning process. MAGICLEAN HDSC is normally run in the machine for an 8 - 12 hour cleaning cycle. It can also be used to extend the life of an emulsion exhibiting bacterial odours until the production schedule allows cleaning.
